1. Is the displayed price the total price? Or is it per day or per person? -

The displayed price is the final total price, including all taxes, for the entire stay and all guests.

2. Why are the prices so low? +

Our prices are very low because we specialize exclusively in hotels in Mexico. This allows us to negotiate and offer excellent rates. We are not a general travel agency selling flights or packages worldwide; we focus solely on hotels in Mexico.

3. Why is your price lower than booking directly with the hotel? +

Hotel rates are usually higher when booking directly. We have wholesale agreements with hotels, which allow us to negotiate and offer excellent rates.

4. I called the hotel, and they told me there's no availability, but you still have rooms. Why? +

We have pre-paid and reserved rooms exclusively for our customers, which the hotel cannot offer directly.

5. Do you have availability at the hotel displayed on your website? +

Yes, all the hotels displayed are available. When rooms sell out, the hotels are automatically removed from the listing.

6. How safe is it to book with you? I'm worried because I hadn't heard of you before, and your prices are very low. +

It is completely safe. We have been in the market for over 5 years and have never had any issues. We are affiliated with the Mexican Ministry of Tourism, the Mexican Association of Travel Agencies, and the International Association of Travel Agencies. Our prices are very low because we specialize exclusively in hotels in Mexico, which allows us to negotiate and offer excellent rates. Unlike other agencies that sell flights and packages worldwide, we focus solely on hotels in Mexico. There's no need to worry—once you complete your purchase, you will receive your hotel confirmation code, and your room will be reserved immediately.

7. Is there a risk that my card could be cloned? +

We use the highest security technology to ensure that your credit card information is fully protected. In fact, when you enter your credit card details, you are actually on the bank’s secure portal, and it is the bank that approves or declines the transaction. Our staff never has access to your card information.

8. Do Mexvax.com employees have access to my credit card information? +

No, your card details go directly to the bank's servers, which handle the approval or rejection of your transaction. No one has access to your information during the purchase process.

9. I didn't receive my confirmation email. +

It may have been sent to your spam folder. You can contact our call center to request that your confirmation email be resent.

10. Do you accept American Express payments? +

Currently, our online portal only accepts Visa and MasterCard, but we are working on adding American Express soon. However, we do accept American Express for phone payments.

11. Where are you located? +
