(“Mexvax.com”) will ensure that the processing of your personal or sensitive data (“Data”) is controlled in order to provide privacy and the right to informational self-determination. We recommend reading this notice carefully, as the provision of Data to Mexvax.com by any means constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Notice.

Data may be transferred, shared, and/or assigned to Mexvax.com’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and providers, within Mexico or abroad, for commercial, identification, or contact purposes, as well as to better understand the needs of our clients and provide improved services. This excludes mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent information, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see SMS/MMS Messaging Privacy).

Mexvax.com may retain information for as long as permitted by applicable law in its databases in order to simplify future reservations. Mexvax.com values its users and is committed to safeguarding their confidentiality. In line with this commitment, Mexvax.com has developed this "Confidentiality Statement," which describes Mexvax.com’s policies and practices regarding the collection and disclosure of personal information on its website.

When registering as a member or user, Mexvax.com requires you to choose a user ID and password. If you lose control of your password, you may lose control of your personal information and may be subject to legally binding transactions made in your name. As a member or user, you may provide Mexvax.com with information related to your travel habits, ticket delivery address, credit card billing information, frequent traveler program membership, and other personal details. Providing this information helps us serve your travel needs more efficiently without requiring you to re-enter it each time you use our services.

From time to time, Mexvax.com may sponsor or host contests, giveaways, raffles, and similar promotions. Information collected for these promotions may include contact details (to notify winners) and survey responses (to help improve our products and services).

Mexvax.com may periodically conduct or present online surveys. Information collected from such surveys is used to improve Mexvax.com’s products and services.

Mexvax.com tracks host IP addresses for system administration and security purposes. We also monitor website traffic by tracking page views, which allows us to plan growth (e.g., adding new servers).

Mexvax.com uses cookies to make the site more "user-friendly," allowing you to use services without having to repeatedly enter registration information.

If you book or purchase products or services on this site, Mexvax.com provides relevant personal information to the contracted service provider: airlines, car rental companies, hotels, and others involved in completing the transactions. Mexvax.com also shares information with external service providers (such as developers) who assist in maintaining and marketing this site, subject to confidentiality agreements prohibiting unauthorized use or disclosure. Mexvax.com does not sell member lists or names and has no intention of doing so. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Mexvax.com at any time. To stop promotional emails, use the "unsubscribe" link included in each email or contact us at mexvax@mexvax.com. To stop promotional SMS/MMS messages, reply STOP to any MexVax message.

Opting out of promotional communications does not affect messages related to your existing reservations or other communications required to provide the services you have contracted.

For security reasons, Mexvax.com does not store users’ credit card information. Each transaction requires re-entry of credit card details. All other personal information is collected and stored on servers physically located in Mexico. Mexvax.com may relocate these servers to other countries in the future and may store personal data in the U.S. or other countries for backup purposes. Additionally, global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus and Sabre collect and store reservation-related information (flight date, flight number, etc.) made through the site.

This site contains links to other websites. Mexvax.com is not responsible for the confidentiality or content of those websites. If you visit other sites, Mexvax.com invites you to review their privacy practices and policies.

Any information posted in a public area of this site (e.g., forums, chat groups, photo albums) will be available to other members and users. Mexvax.com cannot control how this information is used. Please remember that any disclosed information may become public, so caution should be exercised when sharing personal details.

This site implements security measures to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of information under Mexvax.com’s control. These measures include SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which allows your browser to encrypt data before sending it. MexVax collects a subscriber's mobile telephone number, consent status, opt-in date and time, opt-in method, message history, and opt-out or help requests as necessary to operate and document the MexVax SMS/MMS messaging program. MexVax uses this information to send messages requested or authorized by the subscriber, administer the program, maintain consent and suppression records, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable requirements.

MexVax does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in records, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. MexVax may disclose this information to messaging, telecommunications, hosting, security, and other service providers only as necessary to operate and support the messaging program and subject to restrictions prohibiting use for their own marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
