'Super Saver', 'Non-Refundable' and 'No Refundable' rates are non-refundable and do not allow changes or cancellations.

At the time of making your hotel reservation, the specific cancellation policies applicable to the reserved hotel will be automatically displayed on screen for your reference; if not, the following general policies apply.

General cancellation policies, applicable to most hotels:

Reservations canceled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total reservation amount.

Reservations canceled from 14 to 3 days before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 2 nights.

Reservations canceled from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded.

Christmas, New Year, Easter, Long Weekends and/or any other holidays:

Reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total reservation amount.

Reservations canceled from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 2 nights.

Reservations canceled from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded. Likewise, no refunds apply for early departures.

Rates shown on the Website are valid only on the day of quotation. Rates will apply to your charge only if you book the desired service; otherwise, rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete once you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied.

When booking, you expressly authorize us, in writing and/or verbally, to use your credit card number to process your payment, and you confirm that you understand and accept our reservation, payment, liability waiver, and cancellation policies. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.

To avoid inconvenience, you must print your voucher and present it when requesting your paid service. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact Mexvax.com as soon as possible, mentioning your reservation number. We suggest carefully reading our CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change in a reservation is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates. For more information, please contact your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your reservation number.

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card.

Mexvax.com provides services as an intermediary agent between the client and the provider of the goods and services promoted on the Website. Mexvax.com establishes commercial agreements under its own quality and service standards, including but not limited to: hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other related tourist activities such as tours and excursions, selecting only the most qualified and prestigious providers in the market. Nevertheless, Mexvax.com cannot assume any responsibility towards customers who purchase services on its website for acts or omissions of the providers advertised herein, since it has no control or legal relationship over their staff, equipment, operations, or assets.

By this agreement, the client acknowledges that the above data has been correctly completed.

The client authorizes Mexvax.com or the provider of the acquired services to charge their credit card in the manner indicated above.

If the amounts mentioned cannot be charged to the credit card, the client agrees to authorize the charge on another credit card in their name or to make payment by another means as determined by Mexvax.com.

By signing this contract, the client agrees to send it in printed form, with all details completed, along with a copy of their ID and copies of the front and back of their credit card, when requested by Mexvax.com.

The client declares that they understand and accept the cancellation and refund rules, as well as any charges these may generate.

Upon effective collection through the means mentioned above, Mexvax.com agrees to manage the above-mentioned services on behalf of the client.

In the event of breach of the agreed payment terms, the client acknowledges owing the amounts mentioned above.

For any controversy, interpretation, or compliance with this Contract, the parties submit solely and exclusively to the Competence, Jurisdiction and Laws of the Courts of Mexico City, Federal District, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them for any reason or cause.

The flight portion of this package is neither refundable, transferable, nor endorsable.

Depending on the airline's policies, credits may apply in addition to change fees.

You may cancel the hotel without affecting the other component(s). The flight portion may be changed but will always be subject to the policies of the purchased ticket and/or airline.

Airline tickets cannot be canceled.

Your credit card will be charged the indicated amount at the time of booking.

All rates displayed on this site are subject to change without prior notice, and reservations are based on availability.

The package price does not include ground transportation unless mentioned in your itinerary. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary.

We reserve the right to correct any price error prior to your trip. In case of multiple rules and restrictions, the most restrictive will apply.

For the purposes of this contract, "ticket" means the passenger ticket and baggage check, of which these conditions and notices form part; "carriage" is equivalent to transportation; and "carrier" refers to all airlines that carry or transport passengers and their baggage under this contract or provide any other service incidental to air transportation. The term "Warsaw Convention" refers to the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed in Warsaw on October 12, 1929, and its amendment agreed in The Hague on September 28, 1955, as applicable; "Montreal Convention" refers to the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air, signed in Montreal on May 28, 1999. Carriage under this contract is subject to the rules and limitations relating to liability established by the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, unless the trip is not "International" as defined by those Conventions.

Unless inconsistent with the above, carriage and other services provided by each carrier are subject to: (I) the provisions contained in this ticket, (II) applicable tariffs, (III) the conditions of carriage of the Mexvax.com carrier and other applicable regulations, which form an integral part of this contract (and are available upon request at the carrier's offices), except in the case of transportation from a place within the United States of America or Canada to any place outside those countries, in which case the tariffs in force in those countries shall apply.

The carrier's name may be abbreviated on the ticket, provided that the full name and abbreviation appear in the carrier's tariffs, conditions of carriage, regulations or schedules. The carrier's address shall be the departure airport shown on the ticket opposite the first abbreviation of the carrier's name. The agreed stopping places are those shown on this ticket or listed in the carrier's schedules as scheduled stops on the passenger's itinerary. Carriage provided under this contract by several successive carriers shall be regarded as a single operation.

A carrier issuing a ticket for carriage over the routes of another carrier acts only as that carrier's agent.

Any exclusion or limitation of the carrier's liability shall apply to the benefit of its agents, employees and representatives, as well as any person whose aircraft is used by the carrier for carriage, and that person's agents, employees and representatives.

Checked baggage will be delivered to the bearer of the baggage check. In case of damage to baggage on international flights, a written complaint must be submitted to the carrier immediately after discovering the damage and, at the latest, within 7 days of receiving the baggage; in case of delay, the complaint must be filed within 21 days from the date the baggage is delivered. Please refer to the tariffs and conditions of carriage regarding baggage on non-international flights.

This ticket is valid for one year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the ticket, in the carrier's tariffs, conditions of carriage or applicable regulations. The fare for carriage under this contract is subject to change before travel begins. The carrier may refuse service if the applicable fare has not been paid.

The carrier will make every effort to carry the passenger and their baggage with reasonable dispatch. Times shown in schedules or elsewhere are not guaranteed and do not form part of this contract. The carrier may, without notice, substitute alternate carriers or aircraft and may alter or omit stopping places shown on the ticket if necessary. Schedules are subject to change without notice. The carrier assumes no responsibility for connections the passenger must make with other airlines.

The passenger must comply with all government travel requirements, present exit, entry and other required documents, and arrive at the airport by the time fixed by the carrier or, if no time is fixed, early enough to complete departure procedures.

No agent, employee or representative of the carrier is authorized to alter, modify or waive any provision of this contract.

THE CARRIER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CARRIAGE TO ANY PERSON WHO HAS ACQUIRED A TICKET IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS OR TARIFFS.

Mexvax.com states that:

• The photographs displayed on its website are only representative and do not guarantee that upon arrival everything will be exactly as described herein;
• The star rating assigned to hotels and services is based on Mexvax.com's interpretation and may differ from ratings reported elsewhere;
• Descriptions of travel services are updated by Mexvax.com to the best of its knowledge but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly the same upon arrival;
• Mexvax.com reserves the right to refuse any client at any time;
• Any claim or written notice against Mexvax.com must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after returning from your trip.

Mexvax.com shall not be liable for any claim, cost or expense arising from personal injury to you or third parties, accidents or death, loss of or damage to personal belongings, loss of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether mental or physical, resulting from the following:

• Acts or omissions of any person other than Mexvax.com or its employees;
• Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond Mexvax.com's direct control;
• Failure by the client to obtain the documentation required for their trip, including but not limited to passports, visas and certificates, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund;
• Failure by the client to follow instructions, including but not limited to airport departure times, hotel check-in and check-out dates and times, and voucher redemption policies;
• Cancellation or change, for any reason, of the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change travel services at our discretion, but we will attempt to substitute them with comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation, Mexvax.com's liability will be limited to refunding all money paid to Mexvax.com;
• A full refund will not be honored in situations where the trip must be canceled, interrupted and/or postponed by Mexvax.com for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, including but not limited to weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Mexvax.com's contractual obligations with its providers do not allow it to obtain a refund of the amount paid, or to be paid, to the provider on behalf of the client. In any case, at Mexvax.com's discretion, 30% of the total amount paid for the reservation may be withheld as an administrative fee.

Despite the close communication Mexvax.com maintains with the providers advertised herein, some prices may have expired or may come from incorrect information supplied by those providers, which feeds our database. Nevertheless, Mexvax.com takes the precaution of verifying the rates applicable to each reservation. If the correct price is lower than the quoted amount, Mexvax.com will apply the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the quoted amount, Mexvax.com will promptly contact you to inform you of the correct amount or, at your request, to cancel the reservation if you do not agree with the price increase, expressly releasing Mexvax.com and its providers from any liability or payment of compensation for inconvenience caused by such cancellation.

Mexvax.com expressly declares that it acts solely as an intermediary in the booking or contracting of the various travel services.

Mexvax.com is not responsible for events caused by acts of God or force majeure, weather phenomena or natural events occurring before or during the services that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the total or partial performance of the contracted services.

Mexvax.com is not responsible for schedule changes, postponements and/or cancellations, amenities, equipment used or any other modification made by the transportation companies.

Under no circumstances shall Mexvax.com be liable to Passengers for indirect damages or loss of profits claimed by them, provided that the officers, employees or authorities of Mexvax.com did not take part in the events concerned.

Mexvax.com shall not be responsible for failing to deliver the "General Conditions of the Travel Services Contract" of the other companies involved in the contracting chain, unless the passenger has duly requested them in writing.

The price estimated at the time services are requested is subject to availability and to change without prior notice. If such prices change and/or their costs and/or the exchange rate applied are modified for reasons not attributable to the parties, Mexvax.com shall not be responsible for the resulting higher costs.

All amounts paid before the services are confirmed are received as a deposit.

Payment of the balance must be made within the term and under the conditions agreed by the parties; otherwise, Mexvax.com may cancel the services with prior notice to the passenger, and the passenger shall not be entitled to any refund.

Prices include all services expressly detailed in the travel documentation, including: 1) Transportation, as specified in the ticket, E-Ticket Itinerary or voucher in the case of Non-Scheduled or Charter Flights; 2) Car rental and its insurance, accommodation and its taxes, room type, meal plan, number of passengers, extra meals, excursions, transfers, show tickets, etc., as detailed in the respective vouchers. Please note that accommodation is calculated according to each property's own check-in and check-out times, while car rental days are calculated in full 24-hour periods.

The base prices of the contracted services do not include:

Anything not duly detailed in the voucher that involves an additional charge beyond the amount paid at the time the vouchers are received.

Extras, beverages, personal expenses (including laundry and ironing, communications, tips, etc.), visas, boarding or airport taxes, service fees, VAT and other current and/or future taxes, and/or any service or expense not expressly indicated in the voucher.

Car rental add-ons, such as ski racks, baby seats, additional drivers, fuel, optional insurance, etc.

Expenses for extending services at the Passengers' voluntary request, nor stays, meals and/or additional expenses and/or damages resulting from cancellations, delays in the departure or arrival of means of transportation, or unforeseen reasons beyond Mexvax.com's control and/or arising from force majeure or causes outside Mexvax.com's control.

Expenses and interest on credit transactions.

Mexvax.com reserves the right to require any passenger to leave a Travel Plan and/or Tour at any point if, in Mexvax.com's judgment, their conduct, behavior, state of health or any other serious reason poses a danger or causes inconvenience to other travelers, may jeopardize the success or normal course of the excursion, or may cause damage to third parties.

For international travel, the legislation in force in each case must be observed. It is the passenger's responsibility to be informed of the requirements of the immigration, customs and health authorities at each destination, and it is the passenger's sole responsibility to hold the personal documentation required by those authorities. Mexvax.com shall not be responsible for any inconvenience suffered by passengers who lack the necessary documents in proper order, whether when leaving or entering this or any other country. Please note that obtaining visas for the countries to be visited is the sole responsibility of the passengers, as is presenting the documentation required to enter the destination countries. The passenger declares that they have been informed that the airline, shipping or ground carrier is responsible for their transportation to the destination country, and that the carrier is solely responsible if the passenger's entry into those countries is denied or delayed because their documentation is not in order.

If the passenger withdraws from services firmly contracted by Mexvax.com with third parties, cancellations will be subject to the contractual conditions under which those third parties provide their services. In all refund cases, the agency may withhold the amount of the expenses incurred plus a ten percent commission on the services contracted with third parties.

Mexvax.com is not responsible for services not used by the passenger at the agreed time and manner, nor for the resulting consequences, such as cancellation of the service by the provider, nor for any refund or reimbursement of the amount paid for such service.

When requesting a refund of airline tickets, passengers accept the conditions imposed by the airlines' regulations regarding this procedure.

Postponing or bringing forward the dates stipulated in each case may be done according to the terms, conditions and availability of the various service providers, and the passenger must pay the corresponding penalty applied by the provider, a 10% commission for modifications and, where applicable, any fare differences due to a change of season. Mexvax.com is released from all liability if it is unable to fulfill the changes requested by the Passenger, in which case the provisions of the preceding clause ("CANCELLATIONS") shall apply.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the end of the trip, accompanied by receipts and supporting documentation and signed by the passenger. No claims will be accepted after this period. Under no circumstances will Mexvax.com cover any costs, charges, taxes and/or levies arising from bank transfers or similar methods used to make any type of refund or reimbursement.

For scheduled flight services, the conditions are imposed by the carriers, with whom the passenger must deal directly and file any claim for any inconvenience or damage suffered as a result of the trip. Mexvax.com has no control over these conditions and will offer all support within its reach to carry them out.

Mexvax.com is not responsible for damage, misplacement, theft, robbery and/or loss of passengers' baggage and other personal belongings, whether for services contracted through Mexvax.com's intermediation or taken individually by the passenger. We recommend that passengers purchase travel insurance to cover some of these risks.

These general conditions, together with the other documentation delivered to passengers, constitute the Travel Contract. These conditions are delivered by Mexvax.com to the passenger at the time the services are booked. The passenger declares that they know and accept these general contracting conditions, and such acceptance is ratified by any one of the following acts: 1) Payment of the deposit and/or the contracted services before the start of the trip, by any method or means; 2) Acceptance of the invoice for the contracted services; 3) Use of any portion of the contracted services. Any advice provided by Mexvax.com on any aspect related to the contracted services does not constitute a requirement to be fulfilled by the client, except as documented in writing regarding laws or any type of regulations of the destination countries, the content of which will be specifically indicated in each case.

Arbitration clause: For any controversy, interpretation or compliance with this Contract, the parties submit solely and exclusively to the Competence, Jurisdiction and Laws of the Courts of Mexico City, Federal District, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them for any reason or cause.

Governing rules: This contract and, where applicable, the provision of services shall be governed exclusively by these general conditions.

Any change or cancellation will be subject to administrative charges in accordance with the hotel's policy. By booking this hotel, you must understand and accept this policy, as indicated by the hotel.

Cancellation deadlines will apply according to the local time in the destination country. Taxes: Some countries and autonomous communities require hotels to collect some type of "tourist tax." These taxes are not included in the price and must be paid directly at the hotel. Mandatory fees: In some destinations, hotels charge mandatory fees for certain services, whether or not the client uses them. These fees are not included in the rates and are the client's responsibility.

We recommend that every cancellation request be submitted in writing by email to Mexvax.com, mentioning your reservation number.

These SMS/MMS Messaging Program Terms govern promotional text messages sent by VIAJATRAVEL S.A. de C.V., doing business as MexVax ("MexVax," "we," "us," or "our"), through the MexVax SMS/MMS messaging program (the "Program"). These terms supplement the general MexVax Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict regarding the Program, this section controls.

Program description

The Program may provide recurring promotional SMS and MMS messages about MexVax hotel deals, seasonal discounts, loyalty rewards, booking promotions, and other travel-related offers. Transactional messages concerning an existing reservation may be governed by a separate consent and messaging flow.

Consent and enrollment

Customers may enroll in the Program by providing express consent through a method offered by MexVax, including an approved verbal consent process conducted by a MexVax representative. By enrolling, you authorize MexVax to send recurring promotional SMS and MMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted by applicable law.

Consent to receive promotional messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from MexVax. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to give this consent. MexVax may retain records showing when and how consent was obtained.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. MexVax does not charge a separate fee for the Program. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opting out

You may withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any MexVax message to stop receiving promotional SMS/MMS messages. MexVax will also honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent, including QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, as required by applicable law. You may receive one final non-promotional message confirming that your opt-out request was processed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional SMS/MMS messages from the Program unless you enroll again. An opt-out from promotional messages does not prevent MexVax from sending communications that are legally required or otherwise permitted without promotional consent.

Delivery and carrier availability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all devices, carriers, or geographic locations.

Privacy

MexVax handles information collected through the Program in accordance with the MexVax Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in records, and consent information will be used to operate the Program and will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. MexVax may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to operate, support, secure, or deliver the Program, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

Changes or termination

MexVax may modify or discontinue the Program or these SMS/MMS Messaging Program Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Any change will apply prospectively and will not eliminate rights already exercised by a subscriber, including an opt-out request.
